Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of services provided by BleuFin Handyman Services LLC. By requesting, scheduling, or allowing services to be performed, the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this page.

BleuFin Handyman Services LLC provides general handyman services for homeowners throughout Lee County and Collier County, Florida, including North Fort Myers, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Naples.

Service Scope & Legal Disclaimer

BleuFin Handyman Services LLC provides general handyman services only, as that term is understood under Florida Statutes Chapter 489 and applicable local regulations.

All services performed by BleuFin Handyman Services LLC are strictly limited to minor, non-structural repair, maintenance, and cosmetic work that:

Does not require a state or local contractor license
Does not require a building, trade, or zoning permit
Does not require inspections by any authority having jurisdiction
Does not fall within any regulated or licensed trade category

Excluded Services

BleuFin Handyman Services LLC does not perform, advertise, or subcontract any work involving or requiring:

HVAC installation, repair, or modification
Electrical work of any kind, including wiring, panels, outlets, or fixtures
Plumbing work beyond very minor handyman-level repairs that do not require licensing or permits
Structural or load-bearing work, including framing, foundations, walls, roofs, or trusses
Roofing work
Gas systems
Fire protection or life-safety systems
Any work that legally requires a permit, inspection, or licensed contractor under Florida law or local code

Permits & Licensed Work

If a project requires a permit, inspection, or licensed contractor, BleuFin Handyman Services LLC will not perform the work.

In these situations, we recommend that the customer contact an appropriately licensed and permitted professional.

BleuFin Handyman Services LLC does not pull permits, perform permitted work, or represent itself as a licensed contractor for any regulated trade.

Estimates

Estimates provided by BleuFin Handyman Services LLC are based on the information available at the time of the estimate.

If additional issues or repairs are discovered during the project, the scope of work and cost may be adjusted. Customers will be informed before any additional work is performed.

Scheduling & Property Access

Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If the work area is not accessible or prepared for service, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, or other approved payment methods.

Failure to provide payment may result in additional collection actions as permitted by law.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in scheduling limitations.

Customer Responsibilities

By requesting services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The requested services fall entirely within the scope of non-permitted handyman work
No portion of the work requires permits, inspections, or licensed trade professionals
BleuFin Handyman Services LLC has not represented itself as a licensed contractor for any regulated trade
The customer is responsible for obtaining permits or licensed contractors if required for any portion of the project

If work is discovered to require licensing or permits, the project may be declined or stopped immediately.

Liability

BleuFin Handyman Services LLC performs services with reasonable care and professional workmanship. However, the company is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues outside the scope of the agreed work.
